Are healers in a perfect balance right now?

I mean, it must be me, because it was normal dungeon and I was clearly over geared for this content (ilvl 820+).

My experience of healing so far is that healing normal-mode dungeons with people who queue for normal mode in the groupfinder is considerably harder than healing heroic-mode dungeons with people who queue for heroic mode in the groupfinder

Holy Paladins need to be toned down a bit but other than that yeah.

They need to either have some of the healing of their spells reduced or their mana costs increased. In every raid I'm seeing Holy Paladins at the top of HPS while also having about 60% of their mana at the end of the fight when the other healers are oom.
