Bleed or poison spec, how do you choose ?

Is it maninly mastery that decide between bleed and poison assassination rogue ?

I am currently running bleed spec at 848 ilvl. Pull on avarage boss fights about 230-250k. I am far from perfect and do some weird stuff now and again.

My stats are as follows.
Crit 29.13%
Haste: 4.09
Versatility 12.79
Mastery 88.15

Would it be better for me to go poison build for tonights raid or is 88% not enough mastery ? and is EP + Agonizing still the best ?

With some swapping of gear i managed to bump mastery up to 101%

Haven't seen anything that says Agonizing is best? Certainly not in my testing. Notionally EP was simming ahead of Hemo by a miniscule amount last time I saw anything done, but in practice with add swapping I found hemo'd ruptures far more useful. New situation from the next patch day so dunno about then.

People are saying that Bleed is better for normal/heroic and poison spec scale better in mythic gear.
