We are not going to fill you with expectations by flaunting Mythic experience or Vanilla veterans. You will get out of this Guild what you put into it. Legion is a new expansion with new content. A clean slate and chance for you to achieve what ever your goals are.

RAIDING

We strongly encourage our raiders to maintain an intimate class knowledge of at least two specializations so they can remain flexible to the requirements.

Raid Times: 9PM Server to 11:30PM Server with vote to continue.
Raid Days: WED|SUN|MON - Optional earlier starts on Sunday.
Raid Com's: Teamspeak3 - Don't need to talk but you do need to listen.
Raid Loot: Subject to change - Currently: Master Loot /roll on upgrades.

We maintain a casual relaxed raid environment, unless its otherwise necessary.
We are progressing through Heroic EN - Targeting Mythic Raids

REWARDS

Besides the upgrades, achievements, titles and mounts earned in game. We offer additional incentives to our core raid team.

Master Class
Raiders maintaining a 90% attendance, and performing above 80 percentile during raids in the calendar month receive an entry into our monthly in game giveaway.
Committed:
Raiders maintaining a 100% attendance, continually performing above 80 percentile and once at or above 90 percentile during each raid in the calendar month receive an entry into our quarterly RL Prize giveaway.
Subscription:
Raiders maintaining a 100% attendance, and perform at or above 95th percentile once during each raid in the calendar month are rewarded with monthly game time.

Monthly In Game: Gold Jackpot, Game Time, Mounts, Rare Pets, Tokens, etc
Quarterly RL Prize: Gaming Peripherals, PC Upgrades, PC Games, and more.

Built on core values the Community has been together since 2002 and is designed with the Online Gamer in mind. A collective group of veteran oceanic, casual progression minded players that enjoy World Of Warcraft and other Online Games.

Our casual raiding environment is not to be misunderstood, we are focused on achieving end-game mythic progression. However, we will do so in a relaxed environment and at a casual pace. We are not hardcore raiders but aim and remain on track to have Mythic raids on completion, before each release of the next raid tier.

GUILD MERGER

Whilst we are open to discussions of absorbing another smaller guild into our community, but the idea of a guild merger often sounds much better than its eventual outcome. For many reasons that need not be highlighted, the results usually are disappointing for one or both guilds involved.

If you are reading this far into the thread it is likely you like us and others are competing for dedicated members to either lock down progression or begin clearing Mythic.
Whilst a merger seems like the logical solution it's often filled with doubt and changes that could in some way or another have a negative affect on someone. As such we propose a solution to this below.

RAID ALLIANCE

Our Raid Alliance, is a combination of two or more smaller guilds or even single players working together to clear content, whilst maintaining his/her status and membership in their current Guild. Whilst able and willing to raid at the same times and nights per week with us.

To simplify the setup:
- Outline mutual raid and loot rules that benefit both guilds equally.
- In game Alliance chat channel to increase communications a participation.
- Use of Teamspeak3 for raid communications, but more so for banter and fun.
- General guild etiquette, no member poaching, disrespect, politics or prejudice.

It may or may not eventually evolve into a mutual merger of guilds down the track as it will allow people to form a relationship and understanding before making a decision on the subject.
