How bad are Stat trinkets compared to proc trinkets?

Hi,

I am currently using two Stat stick trinkets for my firespec. Armory http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/characte...umtol/advanced

The question is simple: How bad are these trinkets compared to other proc or on use trinkets?

I am really bad at useing simcraft. I rely on charts from the Internet, but I am missing comparison to these trinkets in the charts.

Is changeing the trinket for a HC dungeon trinket worth it, if it is the right one or doesn't it matter that much?
