Requesting help-Enemy Grid

Good Afternoon All,
I'm having a hard time setting up enemy grid just right for my warlock (all 3 specs), I know it's probably simple for most of you but i'm not that smart! If someone could please take a few moments to post there settings it would be a huge help.
Edit- I'm not looking for anything in specific just something that would help with ideal bar sizes, remove buffs/debuffs that are not from me and make it more of a grid style
