Previous xpac raid progress: Cleared Heroic HFC before 7.0; didn't have the numbers to work in mythic but would like to fix that in Legion.

Need 1 - our former token black guy is on Hiatus and the position is currently being filled by a big white dude. This is not acceptable. Bonus points if you're native Kenyan; we really need to get !@#$ done faster.

Token Jewish Business Lawyer

Need 1 - Our previous full-time Jewish Business Lawyer was banned for botting. We were letting a redneck alcoholic fill this position but it's hard to play WoW from a super-max so the position has been vacant for a while.

Who we are:

An old, old guild on our server; this is the 4th iteration. We are made up of American and Canadian (+1 one British Bastard) formerly hardcore raiders who are now all grown up and cannot spend half their lives raiding and as such we are an adult guild with much bad language and mature humor -- be prepared.
We do not recruit for bench spots; our raiders all raid. That said your personality matters; if you're an egotistical %^-* who can't take critcism and hits mediocre numbers; well you're gonna have a bad time.

Loot System

We use EPGP with a large decay and many bonus ep incentives to ensure loot stays in the guild and rewards the members who put in work.
For content that has been on farm for a decent length though we will use personal loot.
