I can never whine again.

Not after the ridiculous luck I had Tuesday morning. Log in at 9am. Agree to tank a Neltharion +2 for a friend I haven't gamed with for a while; Breastplate of the Golden Val'kyr drops off the last boss. Open my order hall chest and get an 880 Pulsing Prism to upgrade my 865 relic and join the 900+ (902 now) weapon club. Then I'm doing my emissary quests in Stormheim while my buddy's in Discord explaining that he no longer bothers with them because they're a waste of time and I get Sephuz's Secret from the emissary chest. That last one may not be popular with everyone, but it's bis for a prot pally in M+.

If anyone catches me whining about loot for the next few months, please report my post!

Noo, probably not. Vial is the best throughput trinket ingame at the moment if you don't count high item level stat sticks.

Not a bad 4 week run (if it's an ilvl upgrade I'm likely ok with it)

3thd fire relic in 4 weeks. Identically the same as I got 2 weeks ago (such coincidence considering the large loot pool...) while I got a better one.

Wish there was a system that would give a higher chance of dropping replacements for your worst items.

885 relic that increases my Shadow Mend healing as a Shadow priest. It's 1 ilvl upgrade over my other relic (880) but losing one of the BiS traits for it. Third week in a row with a shitty drop.

4th week in a row for an 885 vendor item. The streak continues. It would be nice if they were at least sidegrades or maybe allowed me to experiment with different stat combos but they're pure trash. I'm sure I'll get something good after raging/necrotic/fortified week....not.

Silvermaws jawbone 880,fun to have but i'm a bit sceptical about versatility for a few seconds, the aoe damage is ok and with 4.1million hp (without hp % relics) staying alive on the class hall dummy forever without using any other defensive besides just spam hand of the protector and sometimes shield of the righteous.

ps: i'm totally no fan of this system though (Including the rest of the casino) and will never change opinion about it.

So, what's the threshold of Mythic+ for maximum ilevel item in the chest now? Is it +11 or +12?

11 baselevel 870 in dungeon itself.
doing +11 over 10 won't give a difference in chest.
Unless there's a secret minicasino built into that like bigger chance on higher forged.

More like "Only once has it been an actual upgrade"... The last 3 weeks has been Arcane Relics... 870. No WF/TF. I have an 885 in my main weapon, and 875's in my other weapons. The last time I got an actual upgrade from weekly cache was in early Mid-October when I got my legendary helm.
