    <Love Live> LGBT+ Guild Needs Raiders (Fri/Sat Progression)

    Website: http://loveliveguild.com

We're <Love Live>! The core of our guild is from the fandom of the multimedia anime franchise, Love Live! and while we do not expect all of our members to be fans, we do want our guild to be the perfect fit for every Love Live! fan playing World of Warcraft, and a perfect fit for everyone looking for a place to play the game outside of the normal casual misogyny and bigotry that permeates most guilds. We have decades of raiding experience in our roster--with US Top 10 experienced players in every role, we're able to help everyone achieve their goals in this game, and want to clear all content pre-nerf, on the "Cutting-Edge."

    Progression:
Tuesday when raids were released, we got 7/7N and US 16th Nythendra, but that was the last raid we had two tanks in the guild. One of them quit due to life obligations, and have had to pug to fill the spot in subsequent raids. Recruitment drive is ongoing, and we will be pugging to fill as needed! We have cleared Normal in 3 hours, and FRIDAY&SATURDAY we're heading in to Heroic for hopefully a full clear as well.

We use Discord for everything--out of game communication, chat, raid communication, spreadsheets, and more. Discord is a requirement for raiders and highly recommended for all other members. Just listening is fine--we use it for a lot of text, and raids only have a listening requirement. No one will ever be pressured to speak. (Exception is for tanks; there are a lot of important communications that are needed for tanks while in combat.)

Guild Policy: Be respectful to everyone. I recruit with the line, "LGBTQIA+ safety ensured," which means that saying or doing anything bigoted or hateful is going to result in you being immediately ejected. Our guild may not be for you if you're a more abrasive personality. Be mindful of what you're saying and treat everyone well and you'll be a welcome member of the guild!

    Raiding Policy:
If your gear is up to part, you can come to progression raids. If your gear is not up to par, you'll need to gear up in non-progression raids, which will have no gear requirements. What I consider par is going to vary based on raid release and current progression goals. Attendance is not mandatory, but know that if we don't have enough members, we can't raid. If, for the sake of progression, we cannot kill the boss due to performance or raid composition issues, you may be sat from the raid. This is always a temporary thing--you can come back the next raid and try again.

Our raid schedule is looking like this (ALL TIMES PST)

    Normal/Heroic farm: Wednesday: 9:30PM - 12:30AM

    PROGRESSION: Friday from 5PM - 10PM

    PROGRESSION: Saturday from 5PM - 10PM
