We are a guild, made up of former members of <Red Shift> and <Casually Addicted>, on Bleeding Hollow (PvP Server on a Chicago Datacenter) that have a common goal and will do what is necessary to achieve it. We are Shifty Casuals.

Who We Want:
Since we are reforming and building for the expansion now is a great time to get in on the ground floor and clear content with us, while prepping for the new expansion. These are some key traits that we are looking for:
· Someone who understands that 3 nights a week raiding means that you need to bring your A-game each and every night. Attendance is expected to be near 100%. By committing to raid, you are committing yourself to our raiding schedule.
· The ability to perform under pressure. We only recruit impressive players, and spots are always competitive.
· Extensive class knowledge of your class. (IE: Alpha/beta testing, keeping up with theorycrafting, properly gemmed/enchanted, always be up to date on the intricacies of your class (not solely your spec(s)) and on the utility of the entire raid group.)
· A computer that can handle 20-30 man raiding and the ability to communicate via VOIP when needed. You must have a working headset and mic, and you must be prepared to use them. We will not read chat during boss fights. Inability to give a vocal response will not be tolerated as it directly hinders progression.
· Tough skin. We're always looking to improve ourselves as should you. Constructive criticism is encouraged, but flaming and insulting is not tolerated whatsoever.

Hey there, we only raid 2 nights a week, but our goal for Nighthold is top 20 US on a 2 day schedule. We recently entered into mythic, but as a guild reforming for Legion, we had some scheduling issues this past week preventing us from going higher than 1/7Mythic. We anticipate going 4/7 or greater next week. A majority of our members, myself included, have raided in world top 10 guilds, US top 3 guilds, such as Exodus and vodka. About:
Currently, we are 6/7H in EN. We're looking for competent raiders who can attend the aforementioned raid times, more importantly, the ability to perform the mechanics required to progress into Mythic content. Trial Process:
After being accepted into the guild you will begin a two week trial process, this can be done cross server as long as you are willing to commit to transfer if both parties agree it is a good fit. During the trial process players will be judged on their ability to dodge mechanics, output dps, and fit in with our group of players.

Currently, for DPS, we are seeking exceptional applicants( Boomkin, and Demo Warlock encouraged) who can consistently make scheduled raid times. All will be considered regardless of gear and experience. We are looking for raiders who are willing to learn and grow with the guild.
We own a Discord server, and use this for our raids and other guild activities. Use of this is mandatory. Information of said server will be provided. 1.) You must be an active player and able to maintain 100% raid attendance during progression. We raid to clear content, and sacrifice other leisure activities to do so.
2.) Your goals should include being among the best at your chosen class and role.
3.) You will need to be tolerant of the fact that raiding is highly dependent on class balance and as such involves potential bench time. This encompasses new recruits as well as long standing raiders.
4.) You must be able to pay for your account and your internet connection without issue.
5.) Your computer and internet connection must be very stable.
6.) You must have and be able to speak on Discord. We're not asking for you to be a chatterbox, but it is incredibly important that you can speak up during a fight when it's needed.
7.) Heroes Never Die Is an adult guild. If you are offended easily, this is not the right guild for you.
8.) You will be provided with food, flasks, and repairs for raid Via a Small Donation . You must farm your own potions and use them for all encounters.
9.) We want people who are social and interested in participating in our guild's culture as a whole.

<Cornfed> is currently 7/7H working on Mythic Progression. We are looking for Healers, Ranged DPS, and overall competitive players for heroic/mythic raiding. Our raid nights are Tues/Thur from 9-12pm EST. Our core group of veteran players have raided in multiple games together for over 15 years and recently moved to US-Emerald Dream to bring a bunch of amazing raiders we met along the way together on one server. We are a guild that has seen all levels of progression and have a few world 50 members in our roster along with new blood that is eager to learn. We raid casually 2 nights a week but have the drive to see all Mythic content in Legion and still have time for real life to spare. We are always running multiple Mythic+ dungeon groups during non-raid times along with alt raids and normal runs. Our goal is to have fun, enjoy this great expansion, push content, and walk away with lifelong friends in the process.

Individuals come to raid prepared. We only raid a few hours a week, so having the luxury of explaining fights on the fly just doesn’t work for us. We expect every raider to come prepared. This means making sure you’re on top of your individual class/spec theorycraft, knowing boss fights inside and out, and reviewing strategies on websites.
Progress outside of raid. Legion has many opportunities to gear and progress your character outside of raid; by far the most in any expansion. From the revamp of professions, to Mythic + and World Quests, there are multiple ways where raiders can help gear not together as a group. Every raider that plays with us will always look for ways to maximize their contribution to the guild as a whole.
Coming unprepared means you value your time over the rest of the group, and expect them to pick up your slack. That’s extremely unfair to all of your fellow raiders. Real life happens, and it’s understandable, however <Cornfed> exists to efficiently down bosses, and not waste time.
To have a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of abilities/cooldowns, talents, rotations, and stat priorities for their primary class/spec/role AND any alternate classes/specs/roles they intend to play in a progression raid environment.
To remain informed of raid schedule changes, team roster changes or any other important guild announcements made outside of raid time.
To keep others informed of their personal raid time availability (by signing up for raids on the calendar), or interruptions in that availability (by letting officers know if they will be absent).
To maintain at least 95% raid attendance.
To be available on any given raid night for the entirety of scheduled raid time (Tuesday/Thursday 8:30pm-11:30pm server), including time before for raid setup and time after for log analysis and post-raid discussion.
To have up-to-date knowledge of tactics and strategy for all raid encounters that may be attempted on any given night, before raid time begins.
To come prepared to raids with consumables (flasks, pots, food) and optimized equipment (enchantments, gems, upgrades).
To use voice communication tools (Garden uses Discord) during raid time to coordinate with the raid team.
To execute encounter mechanics that they are assigned to perform to the best of their ability, and to be ready and able to execute mechanics they were not initially assigned to perform in the case of a tactics change.
To be flexible and adjust to unexpected complications during an encounter (like taking over duties assigned to a player that has died), and to recognize when they are suboptimal for the encounter and volunteer/agree to sit out if necessary.
To be able to read and analyze combat log parses on WarcraftLogs, and compare them to parses from other top players of their class/spec/role to recognize mistakes and identify areas of improvement, not only for themselves but for the team as a whole.
To actively seek improvement to their character and play outside of scheduled raid times through PUG raids, mythic+ dungeons, theorycrafting discussion, etc.
In addition, the ideal Garden raider has the following traits:
Prioritizes the guild and its goals over high parses, showboating and personal validation.
Actively contributes to guild discussions outside of raids in the guild Discord, in-game, or on the guild forums.
Is willing to admit fault and accept constructive criticism during raid time, and is willing to give other team members the benefit of the doubt instead of assigning blame.
Openly discusses encounter strategies/execution outside of raid time and during raid time between pulls.
Is forthcoming to officers/administration about issues and disputes with other members of the guild, including disputes with officers and administration.
Fulfills support roles in the guild such as farming for materials, or assisting other members of the guild in meeting any of the aforementioned expectations.
Promotes a positive and optimistic guild environment in and out of raid.
Promotes a positive image of Garden as a representative of the guild.

Eminent is a raiding guild focused on getting into, and clearing Mythic raid content ahead of the curve. We are looking to solidify our Mythic raid team.
