I don't know where any Artifact things are I just add dumb toys and kill kings.

If thats the case it has to be king ymiron... would make total sense

Well, theoretically, it could be any king. The started would technically have been in BI. I think BI would be the start thought. There are 3 in suramar that I'm going to start with. This is probably nothing and they will be laughing at us, but whatever.

So after many hours looking around, this is the only thing with rune I found. I don't know what those runes means but should be A S O (according with google lol).

King Ymiron is also the first boss in Maw of Souls.

killed Ymiron in Maw with the Toy active, no artifact skin. So we can cross that one away.

So people say that the Decrepit Runecarver cannot be interacted with. It's may be gated behind higher AK, but there is a toy named Death's Door Charm (requires Valarjar revered to buy AND use it). Maybe its nothing, but maybe in this form you can interact with him.

If this doesn't work, i would also try running around Stormheim and searching for Futhark while this effect is active.

I already mentioned this when everyone wanted to interact with the Decrepit Runecraver. Since then, im always out with this toy effect on, so maybe we can rule that out.

Saw that quote a dozen times, but only realized now he said Kings instead of Things. I still don't think it's a good lead, but for S&G's, here's a list of Legion Kings who are probably not killed routinely by most of us.
