As the title states- We are looking for more to join our Heroic (into Mythic) raiding core.

The short and sweet…

We’re an experienced group of raiders returning for Legion to reassert ourselves as a competitive guild. As of now, we are in need of quality raiders to round out our roster, though our primary focus is on ranged DPS and one solid healer - though we will entertain all classes and specs. Paid transfers are a possibility for exceptional players (or reimbursement at the least should you show merit).

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30p.m. to 11:30p.m EST

Loot System

We use Loot Council; officers have static loot council spots and we rotate in one raider each night through a /roll. All raiders will get a spot in the loot council at some point. Loot is distributed based on raid needs and merit. Typically DPS will get first dibs followed by tanks and healers. Set bonuses will be ranked and distributed based on raid benefit.

History

Our history is little, but our experience is great. A majority of us have been around since Vanilla and Burning Crusade, and have been collecting raiding accolades through each expansion along the way to Legion. While we do expect excellence from each of our players; we know too that they have expectations of much the same from us. Our goal for Legion is to build a highly competitive raiding environment to propel us into the ranks of the elite. However, we need YOU in order to achieve this.

Thick skin is absolutely a requirement. Not only do the topics we bring up, or the words use offend most (though we try and tone it down when a player is streaming), we also are highly critical of each other (CONSTRUCTIVE criticism only) in situations that call for it (i.e. consistently low DPS, perpetual fire swimming, etc.).

Though you’ll typically progress further the more hours you push into a raid; we believe that with proper execution and excellent playstyle that a soft schedule of Tuesday through Thursday, 3 hours a night (8:30 to 11:30 EST), is more than enough to progress us at a rate that’ll be competitive.

Our current core consists of an extremely strong Tanking and melee DPS core, so our focus currently is on ranged DPS and one solid healer. However, as stated all applicants will be considered.
