New Karazhan Trinket

So Moroes in the new Kara drops a trinket called Bloodstained Handkerchief. It is a flat agi stat trinket with an interesting on use- Garrote your target from behind, causing them to bleed for 4,489 physical damage every 3 sec until they die. As of right now I have not been able to get my hands on it on the PTR. So my question is will it sync up with our other bleeds as Sin. Aka benefit from Exang? If anyone has gotten a hold of it I would love to hear how this trinket interacts with our bleed build.

I'd guess probably not.

A better question would be: will it benefit for the Venomous Wounds passive.

I think that answer for both questions is: No.

Because it's not combined with the class. I may be wrong though.
