Prydaz, Xavaric's Magnum Opus [legendary], is it even worth equipping as shadow?

So I got my first legendary few days back and unfortunately it ended up being this. Is there any real reason to wear it? I lose 3% of haste just for using the neck.

Depends on a lot of different factors.

If your at 30-35% haste and 20+ crit it could be. If you're doing solo content then probably. If you have a crappy neck and don't have one of the good legendaries then yes (sounds like you have a good neck though).

I was so disappointed getting it on my priest.

My 850 crafted Haste+/crit neck is a 1% upgrade over leg.

Maybe on Ursoc mythic progress if you're getting one shot by later roars? Though in that case you might as well spec into the VT over healing shields instead.

I was using it initially (got it before raids started), but later replaced with a haste neck. I do use holy wrists (amazing stats for shadow).
