trinket help, i know another trinket topic

I dont post here ever, just lurk but i have the following 4 trinkets and i need help with what 2 to use

Ilvl 835 - Bloodthirsty Instinct
Ilvl 835 - Nightmare thorn - Agi/Mas
Ilvl 850 - Spontaneous Appendages
Ilvl 825 - Spiked Counterweight

Currently using bloodthirsty / nightmare thorn

wondering if its worth switching the nightmare thorn into the appendages, i would be losing 1073+ agility, but gaining the proc off appendages and 50 Mas

Use the sims, they have been updated with appendages, no one else can with 100% say what is best for you because it depends on your gear.
