[WW] Weak Aura to track cooldown of CW/RSK/FoF/SotW/WDP

Was looking for something to help me line up skills better. Didn't really see anything super nice so I made this.

To get Serenity working copy the Buff aura and change the trigger from SEF to Serenity. Listed it on Wago as more of a general spell bar so didn't include Serenity.

Tracks the cooldowns, if they are ready and if they are usable (have chi available).

Purple is ready to use but unable to be pressed. WDP needing FoF to be off CD.
Orange is on cooldown
Blue is ready to use but unable to be pressed. Not enough Chi
Yellow is ready to use and able to be pressed.
Green is on cooldown.
