Drape of shame for blood DK?

So i got Drape of shame from kara and i am wondering if it's any good, i know it's primarily a healer item. But with our high self healing is it any good? compared to say mine a 865 cape with haste/crit?

just FYI. it's a cape that "increases the healing of your critical healing effects by 10 %"

I doin't know if it even procs off stuff like blood plague?

I don't believe death strike's heal can crit and most of our healing otherwise is through leech effects which i think can only crit on the damage end not the healing end. But even if they could something with haste should still be better over a very minor healing increase.

For a minute I thought this thread would be about the incredible Legendary cloak that buffs our AMS, so glad to be the owner of it along with Sephuz's Secret.
