    she isnt supposed to be taking dmg for very long, she's an off tank.

    the only 2 real tanks we got are reinhardt and with all the changes also d.va

    winston use to be a tank until they nerfed him. Bubble use to have a lower cd and absorb 1000

    they only nerfed it to have an increase cd and 500 absorb was when hero stacking was still a legit thing in blizzards eyes.

    It used to actually be that the CD would start as soon as he dropped the barrier.

    That was fine in my opinion, but here we are.
