<Few of a Kind> (Illidan) Leadership is composed of a core group of former top 10 US raiders and top Wild Star players who have left the hardcore roll and taken on a casual/semi-hardcore play style. We are looking to clear the content on ALL difficulties including mythic in a casual YET effective play style hence the semi-hardcore.
If you are looking for a casual raid environment with competent raiders that can push the content quickly and still keep up with standard pace with a lax schedule of 3 nights per week we are for you.
If you are heavy into raiding and you have friends that are not, they are welcome to join and hang out as well.
We are not elitist here, but we do have high expectations for those who do choose to participate in raiding. As in consistently and constantly doing the best you can to improve yourself and your rotation for your specific class, having your consumables for progression fights, gear being fully optimized (enchanted, gemmed, and with the correct stat prioritization)(The guild will help with this just ask). Do your research and know all progression boss fights

About Us:
Sïnistër is a progression raiding guild founded in early Cataclysm. Achieved several exceptional progression kills throughout MoP (including Realm First! Will of the Emperor) before taking a break from the game in WoD. We returned late in HFC in order to push high tier mythic progression in Legion.
Expectations:
1) Attendance - Nothing is more irritating than postponing a raid due to tardiness. Raid members are expected to be on time and to maintain a 95% attendance rate. Life happens and we are very aware of that. If something happens that will prevent you from raiding please do not pull a no show; Inform an Officer or the GM ahead of time.
2) Preparation - This means coming to raid with potions, flasks, roll tokens, and a positive attitude. This also applies to being gemmed and enchanted. Everyone has plenty of time to prepare their gear during the week!
3) Research - Know your class well. One of the quickest ways to get removed from the raid team is to demonstrate that you have no understanding of your class and its respective mechanics. Research boss fights ahead of time. This is the easiest way of gaining insight into a how a boss fight will play out.
4) Social Obligation - Our guild can be very social. Take part in activities or hang with your guild mates. If you have input, share it. Communicate and interact with your fellow guild mates/raiders. Strengthening your bonds between other raiders serves to strengthen the guild and raid group as a whole.

<Strange Fiction> on [H]Kil'Jaeden is a 2 night raid guild running on 6 hours a week: Wed & Sun 930p-1230a PST. We are a fairly new guild with a late start to Mythic EN and we are looking to lock in a few more reliable dps for our core roster.
What makes <Strange Fiction> stand out from the other 4/7M guilds?
Though we had a late start, we are already 4/7M and 2/3H and have been progressing a new Mythic raid boss each week, plus a full heroic EN and our Mythic farm, all on just 6 hours a week.
As we only raid two days a week, we are very committed and focused during the raid but also pride ourselves on still maintaining a laid back atmosphere. We expect all raiders to come prepared with consumables and an up-to-date knowledge of the encounter(s) and their classes/specs.

About Us:
<The Precipice Of War> 5/7M on Area 52 is ready to kill them all with kindness so come and join us in defeating the Legion. We are going to continue to push mythic and need a couple people to fill some core spots. Our night seeing Cenarius, we got him to 6%, so come help us finish him off on Tuesday.
We offer you a stable raiding atmosphere led by experienced raiders that have been around since BC, with most of the core team playing since Wrath.
We are a raiding guild first and foremost. Since we only raid 2 days a week, we aim to progress as much as possible while still having a great time, take care of business, and work towards our goals. We aim to do as much in 2 nights as other guilds do in 3 and are looking for players that reflect that type of skill level and goal. We will provide flasks for everyone that raids.
This doesn't mean we're not on other nights of the week. In fact...we're always online to the point where you might ask us when we sleep. We push M+dungeons (we've already beat several Mythic +11s), Battlegrounds, and many other things together outside of raiding.

Loot System: RC Loot Council. New members are not excluded from receiving loot.

2. We like to have fun and have built a team of players that are a big group of friends. We do not tolerate toxic players. Toxic players will be given one warning prior to being removed from the guild.
3. A "butthurt" attitude is not something we tolerate. We are a mythic progression guild and give constructive criticism and expect you to understand that.
4. We expect you to consistently work towards improving your performance by reviewing your own logs, using sim/pawn for applicable classes, working towards maximizing your performance, and striving to rank at an advanced level in % to all and % to ilvl rankings.

<Real Talk> on Kil'Jaeden is looking for a solid healer or 2 and some ranged for our core roster. We're 5/7M 3/3H, and we raid T/W/Th 7:00pm-10:30pm PST (server time).

<Wardens> is recruiting a few players to fill out our Mythic Roster for Nighthold. We raid Tuesday/Wednesday/Sunday from 7:30 to 10:30 at night CST.
Our group is formed around a core that has been raiding together for years and wants to experience current Mythic raiding. We are a laid back group in general but expect a professional effort when it comes to our raid times. Many of our raiders have busy schedules outside of the game so the time we put into the game must be spent well. As such we expect all raiders to respect that time and put forth the quality of play needed to progress through Mythic quickly and efficiently.
Loot is distributed largely through EPGP modified by Loot Council for the close calls on particular types of upgrades for raiders. Decisions will be made based on performance, reliability, and need.
We could use a good resto druid.

Iron Genesis is recruiting Horde on Zul'jin for Mythic raiding in preparation for Nighthold. We are currently 7/7M EN & 3/3H ToV.
Openings: Rogue, Mage, Resto Shaman
We cleared 7/7M EN before Nighthold, and would like to keep up our success going. We expect frequent attendance, flask/food/pots, knowledge of fights, etc. However, we are understanding, like to have a good time, and are pretty laid back for a Mythic raiding guild. We have weekly heroic clears for alts and the under geared. We also run an excessive amount of mythic pluses during the week.
