    Why do you care?
They always told me I would miss my family... but I never miss from close range.

My divorce. I spent my whole adult life giving her what she wanted being what she wanted. It gave me a chance to really be myself and do what i wanted. I was selfish, reckless, made great mistakes, really found out what i liked and didn't. Changed cities and careers.

My old friends wouldn't recognize me now, I sleep better at night, I don't worry. I bought a 2 foot tall bender without thinking twice.

It means Connal's posts are very popular on /r/iamverysmart.
"In life, I was raised to hate the undead. Trained to destroy them. When I became Forsaken, I hated myself most of all. But now I see it is the Alliance that fosters this malice. The human kingdoms shun their former brothers and sisters because we remind them what's lurking beneath the facade of flesh. It's time to end their cycle of hatred. The Alliance deserves to fall." - Lilian Voss

    Eidetic is basically

Eidetic memory (/aɪˈdɛtɪk/; sometimes called photographic memory) is an ability to vividly recall images from memory after only a few instances of exposure, with high precision for a brief time after exposure, without using a mnemonic device.

Basically he can remember things VERY VERY well.

I found a chunk of kryptonite. That didn't change my life so much as the people who came looking for it. It's a long story.

So probably about 5-6 years ago I swallowed a good amount of vicodin pills. I think like 12 or 15 in an attempt to kill myself. During the course of swallowing them thoughts of my nephew entered my mind. His mom and dad got divorced when he was pretty young and his dad moved across the country. He's lucky if he sees him once a year. In the moment of swallowing the pills I thought he's basically growing up without a father and I didn't want him to grow up without an uncle either. So I stopped myself and drove to the ER before the pills took effect on me. I checked myself into a psych ward and that's where they diagnosed me bipolar.

Since then I'm taking my meds the way I'm supposed to and I'm bettering myself every day. Got my associates degree and am now working on my bachelors degree. I've also managed to find steady employment in the IT department of the schools I've attended. Before that hospitalization I couldn't keep a job because one day or minute I could be on top of the world and the next I couldn't even leave my house because my mood was so low. I'm also now living on my own currently and out of my parents house.

I'm the same way. Not diagnosed with what you have but I Have a hard time retaining the things I read in my college books. But I have no problem remembering everything from my childhood.

Had a heart attack at 17yrs old, no explanation from the dr's except that i had a muscle spasm....It really makes u realize that u arent superman and shit can get real when the time comes. I spent years in deep depression, barely leaving my house. Lost some friends, but my real friends still hung in there til i got out of my funk. So Im not as cheerful and outgoing as i used to be, i take medication for anxiety and depression, but life goes on...

My birth, changed me for ever.

War, I was 11 when the war started, I had a few near death experiences and I like Connal have very vivid memories of them, even now I cringe very emotionally when I remember those moments. I was 15 when the war ended (my town was surrounded whole time and every day question "are they gonna break through the defensive lines today and kill us all?" was hanging in the air. After the war I promised myself that I'm gonna live my life the best I can and run away from any form of violence. So far I'm happy with the thing turned out for me, good job, wife, son, good health, and most important peace of mind. There are more moments in my life that affected it greatly but that period left quite the impact on my life.

    Sorry for the crappy English.

That first Rave, changed everything. The way I talked, the music I listened to. Nothing was the same after that night. I became a different person.

Might sound silly but.. watching the show that my avatar comes from :P

It really made me look at a lot of things differently, made me realise that it's important to enjoy life the way you want it, and not be dictated by your surroundings. To live freely.

In other words it made me give less of a shit about a lot of things, and a great deal more about other aspects of my life.
