BM Hunter for NightHold

Hello mates. Some friends are telling me that for nighthold BM will be stronger that MM (tier bonus and so).

I´d like to know about this, just to maximize my BM artifact or keep rushing MM.

you can easily max out bm before nighthold comes out because of the huge jump in artifact knowledge.
But as far as I know MM is still the better spec with the better set as well.
