WA for RTB about to fall off

I have messed around with WA trying to make an icon that flashes on screen if RTB goes off, ie if Broadside for example or any other buff expires. I am finding in the heat of raids/mythics, that sometimes it falls off and it is a few seconds before I recogonize that it is off. So, the ideal would be something that flashes either right when it expires or X seconds before. Thanks for any help. I tried doing them one by one, but can't get them to do the negative, show up when the buff is not there.

If wa won't do this for me, I wonder if TMW might or some other program?

I started using NeedtoKnow. Bars where easy to set up and its easy to see each buff.

I have tried it and it won't do what I need. I want it to show up if NO buff from rtb is active. Or on each individual buff from rtb I want to show if not active. I want something to tell me that rtb is about to or has just fallen off. Sure can't figure it out, though.
