[ENH] Eye of Command trinket any good for us?

Topic is as follows.

I have a spontaneous and a tempered egg.

Just picked up an 860 Eye of COmmand and I have our chest piece from nightbane so it's empowered. Is this good for us?

It would depend on your current stats/weights, but it's probably not worth using unless it's significantly higher ilvl, since it doesn't work when you are swapping targets a lot. That said, I'd sim it against the tempered egg.
