The legendary items can be upgraded, i don't know if this is active yet. My question is, can legendaries be upgraded now? As the legendary ilevel has been increased now? And how/Where to start quest if it is?
All legendarys have been upgraded to 910 from 895, if you have had it or haven't. The upgrade to 925 comes with the release of nighthold, as when that releases we'll be able to get a quest to get an item that will upgrade a legendary to 925.
