Legs back to 895?

My legs are back to 895, where I am sure they were 910 this morning when I logged in after server shutdown. Is this a bug?

Delete Cache in the WoW folder and it should show the correct ilvl

Mine shows 895, my iLvL didn't change and the armory shows 895. Both on my main and alt

They are 910 ignore it. You have the stats of a 910 legendary.

Log out, Delete "Cache" folder, un-equip/re-equip legs

Blizzard even has a blue post on the tracker saying the same thing its just a ui bug its giving you the stats.
