It's like 2080, I'd hope in that world it wouldn't be news. We already knew he'd been up to some bad things though, Hanzo's interaction with Zenyatta tells us that Zen senses the 'same anger' in him that was in his brother; that suggests it was something a little more destructive than sleeping around, regardless of who with.

Either way, Genji has been saying he was at peace with himself over what he did now for a while.
