Do Elerethe first. Its better gear and is all about execution. For Ursoc you will need better gear and Odin is just not worth the time for its item level though it would probably take the same amount of time to kill as Elerethe.
We killed all 3 after ToV was released. Wiped 11 times on Odyn, Elrethe we didn't log so I don't know exactly but between 5 and 10 wipes, while Ursoc took 10 wipes. If you have all the classes that trivialize the Elrethe encounter (warlock portal, 3 tanks, etc) then I'd suggest going there first.
