Is this laptop a bargain for $600?

So a national store here is going to have special offers for sale upcoming Black Friday, and one of the offers will be this laptop for $600. To me this looks like a bargain:

Processor: Intel Core i7-6500U
Memory: 4 GB
Storage: 128 GB SSD
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 920MX (2 GB)

Edit: Turns out that this isn't such a great deal after all. There are even better laptops which you can get for this price during normal sales in multiple stores. Just need to dig around a bit to find them.

Depends what you want to do with it, but to me it does not look like such a good deeal.

Pretty low on ram for now days imo, gpu is very slow.

Ram can be upgraded cheaply, that laptop has overkill processor for its weak screen and GPU.

I've asked around at multiple places and it indeed turns out that this isn't such a great deal. There are comparable, or even better laptops, which you can get for this price. And those are excluding discount.
