Outlaw&Simcraft the current REAL 880 BiS List?

So i was checking for myself which items i would want to farm for my Outlaw. As it seems ive found per random some pretty cool synergy with Outlaws stat priorities and "set items" combined with BiS Legendaries.

The coolest thing is you can easily bake in 4piece T-Set when nighthold comes out, just switch helmet, shoulders, cloak and legs. Any thoughts?
