Mythic Ursoc troubles

Hi I am wondering if anyone could figure out why my guild has been having troubles on mythic ursoc our tanks seem to be dying mid fight every pull. We have him completed before but after that first kill seems like every week it is the same thing with our tanks constantly dying is it a healing problem?

Most people 4 healed this on progression so might consider that so the healers are forced into playing better.

all sorts of stuff are leading to tank deaths those pulls, lack of tank healing after charges (I guess also some lack of tank mitigation too, but yeah, make sure a healer is assigned to watch tanks and not just aoe-whore after charges), occasional tank deaths to soaking 2 charges in a row, occasional deaths to fucked up taunts, you guys switched to 5-healing it halfway through the night and were still losing a few people and not making the kill even at enrage

make sure you either have people pop a damage reduc or get a max hp boost and pop a health pot when taking an enraged charge
