Windwalker Monk Attributes

I have read a lot on Windwalker attributes but I cant seem to find anywhere if there is a % point for Haste, Crit, Mastery and Versatility where you need to stop because another stat would be better. I havent played since BC and I know back then there was a point where you were losing dps potential if you took certain stats too high. Any help on this would be appreciated.

There is no % caps or breakpoints, just gaps between the stats. You can find a bunch of information about it on WalkingTheWind.com
