So, with the new changes, stamina and armor increment now feels flowless...
Edit: Yeah, i think is abuff... =) now im happy.

Uh what?... You realize how buffed Vengence is getting right?
Most of the new changes today aren't a nerf (the 10% physical damage taken from our demon spikes was added to our passive meaning it's an overall buff) except for soul barrier, and we still have most of the incredibly strong buffs from the previous build so what are you talking about?
We're getting some good buffs in 7.1.5, we're getting 100% increased armor in Metamorphosis, we're losing 10% physical damage reduction on Demon Spikes but gaining 10% all damage reduction (instead of just magic) as part of our Demon Wards passive, on top of that 10% extra stamina.
I'm happy with the changes personally.
Fel Devastation change was my only worry but that's been moved back to where it was on the talent tree.

I'm excited for the changes actually. I also like that Blade Turning now gives more Pain to help fuel more Soul Cleaves alongside Felblade.
I just had a look at the changes.. We were nerfed?
I mean, maybe a TINY bit in Soul Barrier, but that's Soul Barrier. Fel Devastation is back at 108, we take 10% less physical damage constantly, which is a massive buff up from just when DS is active (about 5% total DR over the course of the fight). And there were various other things that looked very much like buffs to me.
I can't wait for this to hit live. The 10% nerf to Demonspikes, and the 10% buff to stam and dmg reduction is huge buff.
Spiritbomb also got an interesting buff, with the fire damage change so it is better combined with Charred warblades.
Soul barrier will definatly be my goto in M+ now. Since running a 14 min MoS will allow last resort to procc once..
A few changes id still love to see is, the removal of blade turning - replacing it with something that is actually interesting.
Fel devestation should really be baseline as Vengence, it just feels right.
Edit: hit live*

Anyone knows what happened to Nether bond though? I don't see it as a talent anymore on the talent calculator, yet they have made no mentions of "removing" or replacing it.
Personally I think the changes to Demon Spikes & Demonic Wards is unnecessary. Yeah it might make Vengeance a tad less spiky when taking physical damage, but atleast there's some fun/excitement to it, having to be on your toes, instead of just faceroll through it.
For me, atleast, they're just making Vengeance a noob-friendly tankspec.
Finally some common sense... Agonizing Flames struck down again, Last Resort completely wrecked by an additional 5 min cd, stupid change to our active mitigation/Demonic Wards.
I mean come on, like Inuyaki pointed out, we'll have 100% DS uptime with the 4P T19 bonus anyway, plus I'm pretty sure this patch will get released in January.
I feel like the devs are randomly nerfing this spec for no reason while we're clearly not in the top tier.

I really don't see how anybody can see the PTR as an overall nerf. You're not always going to have that set bonus, a straight baseline additional 10% damage reduction at all times is enormous. Don't forget the baseline increased Stamina on top of that.
Last Resort is now stronger per activation as a result of the massive Metamorphosis buff, still usable once per fight. Is it a nerf? Sure, but I feel like this is one of those things that if you're relying on it to proc multiple times a fight, there's a problem. It's really only a nerf for M+ and it may very well be warranted there, it allows you to ignore far too much right now. On that note also, every activation of Meta is now significantly stronger.
I honestly don't know the exact math on it, but I'm not even sure Agonizing Flames is better at this point anyway, so that seems like a very silly nerf, but ultimately won't matter. Razor Spikes seems to be scaling higher as our weapon level increases, I wouldn't be surprised if it's overall better right now given the strength of Soul Cleave, its additional single target benefits, and the flexibility to kite if necessary without outside help on high M+. Mostly means it's just going to be the default choice in 7.1.5, which is a bit counterintuitive to their design philosophy.
Last Resort had to be nerfed with a buff to meta. That's not even a worthy discussion, the talent is still questionably OP at an 8 min CD with current PTR Meta being a thing. Meta is probably the single strongest tank CD in the game post changes. I honestly wish we didn't have so much baked into meta as it stands on the PTR. Meta is a massive health, armor and dps buff. Also a self healing buff if SR is talented. Seems overkill, and we could have used some of that being more spread out across different CDs.
Why is everyone forgetting the 10% DR and stamina gained from this patch? That's 10% DR without spikes. My god that's huge.
