Alt/Emissary/World Boss tracker?

Is there any addon that tracks which alts have emissary quests up or world bosses killed that week or mythic dungeon lockouts? I have 3 characters and would like something to keep track of the main things I need to do on them each week. Thanks for any suggestions

I highly recommend Savedinstances aswell. It's perfect if you have a couple of alts your actually playing and want to keep track of things you did.
