BlackwaterRaiders (US) from general/trade and own experience, nobody can mount, use items, see NPCs
and nobody can leave dalaran ;/

Yeah its seems like the servers are pretty fucked up atm

World servers are down, cant hearth to anywhere just stuck in my class hall
