Like did anyone get unlucky and get 2x Sephuz in a row? How does it work?

People have gotten two in a row but it's a bug. Think if it like this, every time you kill a boss a wheel spins and a small fraction of that wheel gives you a legendary. You land on that small fraction and than a secound wheel spins again to pick the legendary for you. Now once you get a legendary it removes it from the wheel so you can't get it again.
If you are unlucky and have this bug just send a ticket in and a GM will re-roll it for you.
First few days it was possible, then it got hotfixed, but think some1 have gotten duplicate legendaries after that.

We had a balance druid in my guild that got sephuz in EN. Next week she got another Sephuz while in EN. This was about a month ago.
We have a legendary megathread to discuss them in.
Short answer: yes. You can.
