ELVui "Player/Target frame problem"

Hello, i posted here abit eariler about having some problem with ElvUI, the thing is i gave up on it and removed it and after i installed/removed ElvUI im no longer able to see the Target of Target or Focus Target frame... I completely removed the WTF and Interface folder and yet target of target and Focus target are not showing, And i have enabled Target of Target in the interface menu as well but no luck... Anyone know what's wrong? It worked fine before i tried out ElvUI but now im not able to get it back..
