This is how the tooltip of player from different realm looks like, in ElvUI.

Is there any way to also display realm? So the tooltip would look like: Nick-Realm instead of Nick (*)

Small edit in tooltip.lua does the trick.
Look for IsShiftKeyDown and edit the function there. Lines 374 through 382 in tooltip.lua.
