Cinidaria not working?

I got this off Odyn tonight and on our first Guarm attempt it worked just fine, shows up in my damage meter and logs. On the 2nd attempt, the kill, it doesn't show up at all. I'm pretty sure my pre-cast Wrath at least hit the boss before it went below 90% health, lol.

I went back and looked at all my logs and it worked fine. Probably a logging error. Would ignore it unless it happens again.
