Where are the new pvp vendors?

Does anyone know where the new pvp vendors that sell the elite pvp gear for transmog are located. I can't seem to find any mention of where they are, has anyone found them?

They won't be here until season 2 ends. The gear from season 1 and 2 is identical so Blizzard didn't want to implement the vendor just yet since the gear is still obtainable and want people to farm it for as long as it's current content instead of buying it.

Must of misread thought I could finally use up some of those marks of honour but guess I need to wait a bit longer.
