I use it to move the talking head thing and to scale/move my quest objectives. Those are the only things I moved.

But it somehow also moved all my loot window stuff to the bottom left corner and my achievements to the upper right corner and sometimes out of the screen.

I moved it back but anyone have any idea what's causing this?

edit: I just found that bonus loot rolls also got moved to the corner. What the hell...
