no you are missing the point. as an example someone named Fred or so could post "I dislike asians because i think they dont drive well" and that can get censored by the hate speech definition. its not inciting violence against asians at all, just stating that they believe they dont drive well. inciting violence should be censored, but someone who's just ranting is harmless. Who is actually suggesting doing that? Germany isn't adding any new laws, this has been the case for years, it's just going to be more forcefully applied to social media. They haven't gone down a slippery slope yet, what makes you think they will now?
