Computer Busted, Time for an upgrade! (PC Noob)

Hello! I've been browsing the site and lurking for forums for years now, but this is my newly made account.

My computer of 7 years has recently bricked itself and most of the parts are from 2009, so are unusable. I'm currently looking for a new PC with a budget of around £1200 max (From England). I have recently replaced my Monitor, Speakers and upgrades others throughout the years, so am good on that front. I need the PC to be able to game at a decent level for a few years (given a few replaced parts if needed) and also must be able to render video's up to 1080 for my production degree. Now a note that I am a computer newbie and have usually gone to friends to help me build a computer, as most of the technical details go straight over my head.

    Budget: £1200
    Resolution: 1920x1080
Games / Settings Desired: Wish to be able to play WoW on Ultra with no FPS loss during raids.
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc): Able to render videos of medium quality.
    Country: England
Parts that can be reused: None unfortunately.
Do you need an OS?: No
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)?: None.

    Thanks for reading guys!

A good balance between your video work and gaming... (Will play wow at Ultra 1080p with 60 FPS without overclocking. Will play any other game at 1080p at ultra with better than 60 FPS. Will make a good showing at 1440p as well and even let you get your toes wet at 4k - though that wouldn't be ideal settings / frame rates.)

You'll most likely need to drastically increase your storage capacity in the near future with something like:

Use the SSD as your Operating system boot drive, the 1TB Blue for your games and school work. (Edit: gave a little bit of explanation.)

I sat alone in the dark one night, tuning in by remote.
I found a preacher who spoke of the light, but there was Brimstone in his throat.
He'd show me the way, according to him, in return for my personal check.
I flipped my channel back to CNN and lit another cigarette.
