need info about "cursed forum" in westmarch commons

Edit: I finally got it!

(Answering my own questions)
Does the event only happen in campaign mode now? Or can it still randomly trigger in adventure mode? (I got it during adventure mode, while doing another bounty: The Bound Shaman )

Also, where is it located? (I can confirm that it does in fact take place in the same place as touch of death on that large raised dais area)
