Gender != sex

There's still 2 genders. Transgender isn't all of a sudden a new gender with 80 different sub-genders. All it means is that a person's gender doesn't align with their biological sex. It's still male or female. Also, there is strong evolutionary support of the two-gender theory, look at almost any sexual dimorphic species and you will see a separation of roles based on gender. Male and female organisms of almost every single species perform specific duties. Certain aspects of gender are social constructs, like dresses being worn by females, but that doesn't undermine the reality of two genders.

Those are mistakes of nature, not exactly valid discrete sexes. Humans are a sexual dimorphic species. Two sexes, two genders. Variations of XX/XY arise from cells not properly dividing.

That's true, but the fact they exist disproves the usual chromosome argument, which basically boils down to "XX = female, XY = male, no exceptions" for the ignorant.

Those incredibly rare occurrences are called mutations or genetic abnormalities. And while trans people are only something like .1% of the population, 99% of them have either XX or XY genes. Quit reaching to absurdity to try to claim it's a condition society should routinely expect at any statistically significant frequency.

That's not my conjecture, that's something you just imagined. A single deviation from the norm is all the evidence needed to discredit the usual chromosome arguments. Time to construct the argument better perhaps, instead of stubbornly sticking with it every time?

No it proves mutation and cell division isn't perfect. If your computer is copying a file and corrupts the data, you don't believe it created a brand new file. You acknowledge an error was made and move on. Biology has helped us evolve to be a 2 sex species. Random errors don't change that. Nor do those errors make those with them any less human.

You have computer, and you have operating system. Both are brand new, both work as they should, but, those two specific pieces you have, do not work together.
