Need help with fire mage

Hello, this post is about a fire mage in my team (Lioncourt), who gave me permission to post this, and is to ask for help with analysing her dps since it seems a little low in some encounters and she is eager to improve.

Just looking at the Ursoc kill I found a few things. She did not use Ice Floes at all, yet cast Scorch 9 times. Scorch should be your last resort to damaging while on the move, it's always better to use Ice Floes or Shimmer to continue your normal rotation. Next her Rune of Power usage is not optimal. By looking at the cast-timeline you can see that she is putting down rune of power, hard-casting a couple fireballs and then going into her combustion rotation, this causes a bunch of wasted rune of power time. The Combustion rotation needs to immediately follow placing rune of power. Her gear looks fine, no legendary hurts, but nothing you can probably do about that.

Edit: One more thing I just noticed, she is speced for Cinderstorm, but did not cast it once.
