Skada Buff Uptimes

Is there a way to change settings so I can collect meaningful data for an entire instance? Right now the data seems plausible for individual fights, but is clearly wonky in aggregate. Just tanked Vault of the Wardens, and Skada says overall uptime on Mark of the Heavy Hide and Gift of the Naaru were both around 150%. I wish! When I look at just Cordana fight, it becomes more realistic 18% heavy hide and 1.5% Naaru.

Problem is, one fight doesn't give you much sample size when you're looking at trinket procs and such. Maybe I just need to understand what it is measuring to make sense of the data it gives? Or is there a way to change how it presents?

I just switched to Skada from Recount, btw, so apologies if I am asking silly question that everyone else knows answer to.
