Actually a lot of the Rift community do. Not jumping on his bandwagon but he was in a well known guild with Rift and known for his vocal criticism of Trion and Rift. Also saying that if you have a problem with something you confront the matter directly has nothing to do with "ego" as you put it. That's how you handle any problem a lot of the time. For example if I bought a printer and a day later it was faulty I would take it back to the store and ask for it to be mended, replacement or a refund.
