I just saw on wowhead that this http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=144367/observers-shirt is being implemented as part of the new Brawler's guild rewards. I have for the longest time been wanting this chest model to be implemented to complete the T8 Mage 25 Offset, but alas.. it's a shirt, not a chestpiece. I haven't been transmogrifying vigirously lately, is there an invisible (or almost) cloth chest item that one could use so this shirt would still be visible?
