    Stat weights resto druid Question

So in the sticky for resto druids it gives the stat weights for both raiding and mythic+ dungeons. How are these stat weights being determined? Simcraft does not appear to be able to calculate healing and Ask Mr. Robot gives very different numbers. I am assuming there is a big theory craft thread that goes into this.

UPDATED 2016/11/23. Added all races, weights for healing without caring about Tranq, better formulas for WG.

Make sure you do the following steps before entering stat weights into your pawn:
    1. Enter YOUR character's stats from your armory page.
    2. Pick up the flask (if you are using one in raid), food buff.
    3. Fill in artifact traits you have.
    4. Pick any two fights you want to get stat weights for, fill in spell distribution in % of total.
    5. Check the weights.

Mastery 1 = 1 hot on the target
Mastery 2 = 2 hots on the target
Haste HPM = how much Healing Per Mana haste contributes to
Haste HPCT = Healing Per Cast Time, how good haste is in the spam scenarios(edited)

I copied this from the Druid discord, all credit goes to Torty for the spreadsheet.
