[Blood] What happened to Bone Shield changes?

Hey, long time reader but first time poster, but I thought I'd bring this topic up to see if there has been an oversight in the patch notes or perhaps someone who plays on US can answer when they get on after the patch has been applied but....

According to the official patch notes, the changes to Bone Shield stacks being dropped from only melee attacks, are not present.

It should be noted that I am pretty sure this change was still implemented on the last run of PTR.

So am I right in saying that these changes have not been applied and that a GM hasn't forgot to add it in? If you play US then it'd be appreciated if you post and let me know.

Bone Shield charges are now only consumed by melee attacks and Spectral Deflection.

Patch notes are being updated constantly, It wasn't there an hour ago when I checked but it's listed now.

Sweet, I see they have changed the notes now too.

I guess they just forgot to add it in or were slowly building the patch notes.

Roll on. 7.1.5 for DK!
