Does it not concern anyone that a document like this has spelling errors and misinformation? Even this tweet from Buzzfeed themselves says "there is serious reason to doubt the allegations."
Or does information that hasn't been verified (could very easily be false) not cause a problem when it attacks someone like donald trump?

The intelligence data wasn't fake. The warhawks in the Bush adminstration were the ones that used the little evidence they had as a "smoking gun case".

That's what I'm gathering from threads like this. The trolls jesting I can understand, but the lack of indignation is getting ridiculously alarming.

Acknowledging that reality would destroy their delusion they've so carefully crafted for themselves. It's like a comfy bed. Why would they want you to smear shit all over it?

Q: How to ridicule your worst enemy?
A: Ask someone to tell him infos he wants to hear, which later are debunked as myth.

They weren't. Reports from the CIA about WMDs in Iraq were not fabricated, the CIA even qualified their assessment with the degradation of the potency of the chemical weapons, the Bush Administration used it as a means to lie to Congress and the American People that they were an imminent threat.

This isn't some kind of thing US intelligence agencies take likely, especially when the heads of 3 bureaus brief both the president and president-elect.

It could very easily be false, but the US intelligence agencies have had it for months and they still haven't ruled any of it out.

That's edging on conspiracy but CNN is going to become the laughing stock of the media so maybe...

CNN's reporting, which is being conflated, purposely by the Trump team, with Buzzfeed.

Does that mean you can handwave the months long investigation all of the US intelligence agencies are doing?

The document being a forgery would disprove that claim.

They already are. They're a joke network that's wildly unprofessional and their broadcasts are routinely shitshows. It causes me pain that people are paid to do such poor work.

But they're not fake news, they're just bad at their jobs of putting on news broadcasts. The news the report is generally about as accurate as anything on the major broadcast channels (MSNBC, Fox, etc.), they just do a worse job of reporting it.

But Trump and the Trumpsters have decided to wage a war against any outlet they don't like, blanket calling them "fake news" in an attempt to discredit them and confuse the two issues (poor journalism vs. actual fake news) for folks not paying close attention.

Hence why we ended up with that recently viral facebook post of a guy cheering about the imminent repeal of Obamacare...while he was a beneficiary of it. He was completely and totally unaware that Obamacare and the ACA were two different things, liking the ACA but hating Obamacare.

Waging wars of misinformation and shit.

If US intelligence agencies haven't determined it to be false, months after receiving the information, the chance of it being forged to accelerating towards 0.

So Edge- still hasn't provided that glorious difference in validity between an unverified but already published article vs a fake one.

Talk about wars of misinfoirmation 'n shit, indeed.

Are you joking? With an intelligence agency it could take months for that information merely to be viewed, let alone proven or disproven.

    It's really simple actually.

"CNN writes an article that factually claims Trump likes watching prostitutes pee on each other" - Fake news

"CNN writes an article discussing a 2 page summary regarding an unverified document." - Not fake news.

And it has now escalated to the highest intelligence heads, and to the current president and the president-elect.

No shit the reports weren't fabricated. They had to do an investigation. Have you even read the reports? They hint at a high probability of them being stronger than they actually were and spending billions of dollars in their WMD programs.

They have to show the president what appears to be highly classified information(such as the document being discussed now). They'll likely do an investigation as well to determine if Trump is dealing with Russia. That doesn't validate the document, though. You have to at least concede that...

How's that edging on conspiracy? News agency's have been fooled by trolls before.
